Online,and safe.
I put websites and apps online and keep them healthy: hosting, domains, email and automatic deploys. For studios and small businesses I set up self-hosted cloud services, files, calendars and passwords, with backups and monitoring.
- Deploys
- Automatic from Git
- Hosting
- CDN, edge or dedicated server
- Cloud
- Nextcloud · Vaultwarden
- Data
- Your server or EU
- Backups
- Automatic, 3-2-1
From code to domain.
Hosting and deploys
Published on a CDN or at the edge (Vercel, Cloudflare, Netlify) or on a dedicated server with Docker. Every change goes live on its own, straight from the repository.
Domains and DNS
Domain registration or transfer, DNS setup and HTTPS certificates, all in your name.
Business email
Mailboxes on your domain, configured properly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so messages arrive instead of landing in spam.
Monitoring
Uptime checks and domain and certificate expiry tracking, before they become a problem.
Everything you already use.
Shared files, calendars and passwords on a server of your own: a concrete alternative to per-user subscriptions, designed for teams of 5 to 30 people.
Files and documents
Shared folders, sync on computers and phones, share links with expiry and password. With Nextcloud.
Calendars and contacts
Shared calendars and address books synced to the whole team's phones.
Password manager
Encrypted company credentials shared by role, with Vaultwarden (Bitwarden-compatible).
Remote support
RustDesk on a server of your own: support sessions go through your relay, not a third-party service.
3-2-1 backups
Automatic, verified copies, at least one off-site. Restores tested, not just promised.
Secure access
VPN for working outside the office, security updates and continuous monitoring.
It is not for everyone, and that is fine.
It makes sense if
- You are at least 5–10 people
- You want to know where your data lives
- You pay for several per-user subscriptions
- You work a lot with large files
Maybe not if
- You are two or three people
- You depend on Microsoft- or Google-specific integrations
- You do not want one more supplier to manage
In those cases I will tell you before we start: I can still help you set up the tools you already use properly, starting with backups.
One step at a time.
- 01Your own numbers
Assessment
How many you are, what you use today, what you spend on subscriptions: the comparison starts from the numbers.
- 02No upheaval
Pilot
A first service for a small group, to check that everything fits the way you work.
- 03Planned
Migration
Files, calendars and accounts moved over, with the old system running until everything is verified.
- 04Ongoing
Support
Updates, verified backups, monitoring and user support over time.
About cloud and hosting.
Let's take stock.
Tell me what you have online today, how many you are and which services you use: I will prepare a proposal based on your numbers.
